Default need help with this setup! opinions

i have a stock jdm gsr in my ek hatch. i was previously looking to go turbo but i am now guaging intrest into an all motor setup because i have a used engine and would rather basically re-do all of the internals so i know what im working with. plus all motor power is mean. i would like to run low 13's with chances of 12's with my setup. help me out with what i will need to do. i was thinking

skunk 2 stage 2 cams with valve train
valves.. do i need to get bigger ones or have an angled valve job?
higher compression pistons... need to run on 91, was thinking 12.5:1 if possible
stronger rods
some sort of header
skunk 2 intake manifold
do i need to bore out the block bored out and if so how much does this range

i am mainly wondering how much this will cost to get me into the 13-12 range. just an estimate. thanks alot

i'm no guru but i think maybe a more aggressive cam, a good header, maybe overbore and some good tunning will get you into mid 13s if you hook.

i think to achieve 12s NA you need serious head work, serious suspension, serious weight reduction and serious loot

thats just what ive gathered so far.

p.s. i'd love to see someone come in and say "sure you'll run 12s all day" but i doubt it
