5w30 better than 10w30 for sure
In my opinion, HONDAS run smoother, quieter, and moe effeciently on 5W30 rather than 10W30. Use 10W30 ONLY if you have LEAKS! Anybody out there agree with me????? CASTROL IS FANTASTIC! NON-SYNTHETIC is perfect!

if you can notice a difference is smoothness, then you may want to start charging for butt dyno tuning. i think you could do well.
