Many loose wires under the dash?
Brought my car to acura to get the heater core replaced under warrenty..So I figured while they have the dash off, they can Zip tie all the loose wires down so they dont rattle and make noise. Keep in mind I have really hard motor mounts, and that **** vibrates like a bitch. So ya, 40 bux doesnt seem bad at all, since the dash is already off...Question is, is there alot of wires floating aroud under there? I know there are lots of wires...but are they loose? TIA

I know when I had the dash off on my old Camry, most of the wiring harness was attached to the back side of the dash.

factory wiring harnesses are taped up and clipped pretty good. I don't see why there would be any loose wires unless stuff has been tampered or messed with in the past, like alarm installations or other aftermarket installations, rewiring work, etc.
The dash under my Camry looked like a rat's nest of wires because I installed power keyless locks, starter kill, and all kinds of other stuff, so I had tons of wires running all over the place.

here's my Camry w/ the dash removed, you can see that big wire harness laying on the floor, it's all taped up and is normally clipped to the backside of the dashboard:

like neons and such? I knew you were a ricer Patrick.
hahaha
This winter I'm pulling my the dash out of my GSR to organize some stuff back there and shave some weight. It should be interesting and I'll be sure to take pics.

at one time I did want neon tubes under the dash but never did it... hell I even thought the windshield washer LED's were cool the first time I saw them
although my vote was to wire them as turn signals.
But really I wired up aftermarket power locks, keyless, starter kill, various stereo stuff, relocated battery to the back, relocated cig lighter to under dash, etc. I was a wiring junkie with my old car.
