195/60-16
If you lowered the "60" tall tire will most likely hit the febnderwheel, but thats not the point why in the world are you considering running this tire?
The more and more i look at 195/60/16 the more I realize how goofy the car will look lowered or stock height. Most people with integra and 16" wheels run 205/45/16 FYI

Stock was 195/60-14, so a 195/55-15 might be best. That's the GS-R stock size. 195/60-15 is about a full inch bigger in diameter than the LS stock size.
Rubbing in the fenders would be the big thing. Do they?
Do they look strange to you? Do you care whether they look strange to the ricers out there?
Larger diameter would be good for snow. It makes your gearing slightly taller and it increases your ground clearance.
If you do any autocrossing, raising the car won't be good. Also the stresses on wheel bearings & ball joints will be slightly larger.

no rubbing.
looks normal to me. Not much different 55 to 60.
was only using for winter. Will change back to my summer set next year.
just worry about the stress on those u mention and more...engine, tran. etc...

Stress on bearings & ball joints is increased by only about 4%. Actually 3% if you compare against GS-R's size of 195/55-15. Engine & transmission stresses are determined by the engine's power anyway. Tires don't change that.
If you mix sizes at the same time it might confuse your ABS, but it doesn't sound like you're gonna do that anyway. Your speedometer will read 4% low, so when your speedomer says 65 the cop's radar says over 67...
