hello i have crx 91 si i am trying to put the dohc zc tranny in to the crx sohc motor. some one told me that i can use the 88 integra axles but 88 intregra alxes are short and when i turn it pops out of trans please help if u have any idea........

 

Just swap the ZC gears into the Si tranny case and then you can use the Si axels and be set.

 

or you could get the correct axles, which in this case would be the 90-93 integra axles and keep your intermediate shaft and equal length axles. Equal length axles help drastically with torque steer.

 

I know this information is correct for a b series tranny, but are u sure it is for the dohc d series zc tranny? Not doubting you just making sure.

 

Which intermediate shaft do you have? There are some specifics but 1990 Integra nonABS axles are the best place to start.

 

ZC manual Ishaft should work ok with 90-93 teg axles with dust seal removed on hub.
