Actually, Japan didn't get the "JDM" front end until the second year of production for the 3rd gen. Integra. The US and Japanese markets both shared the same 4-headlight front end at first. The Japanese market, however, didn't take the 3rd gen. Integra very well. So, for the following year, Honda redesigned the front of the Integra for its home market (thus, the JDM).

So, to answer your questions:

1. it depends on the year, and
2. see no.1

Incidentally, this is the same reason we have the much-coveted JDM Integra SiR-G front lip (and the reason it's so rare).

NOPI sells replica OEM fogs for 94-97 Integras and 92-95 Civic, in a choice of clear or amber beam. They come w/ everything including OEM harness and switch, and OEM instructions, for around $100.
