Do I really need the braket that connect the manifold to the block ? I'm looking for one but I want to do this swap tomorrow.

Back from the dead. Do you HAVE to remove the Z6 IM brace to fit the Y8 mani? I'll find out sooner or later, but I'd love to hear now.

So far I have noticed no PCV port on the Y8, and no IAT bung. These limitations will have to be overcome.

Basically I took the mani off because I am dropping in some DSM injectors, and I hear I have to dremel the injector seats...

On the Y8 the IAT went into the intake piping.
The PCV from the valve cover also went into the intake piping right after the IAT sensor.
The PCV from the block goes up inbetween the middle of the runners and connects to the IM in the center front.
why are you increasing the injector size? are you pushing over 200whp already?
