Default PROBLEM...Trying to get some feedback

This weekend I replaced my motor becuase I had a spun bearing. I bought a long block and switched everything over, put the new motor in and fired it up. Fired right up, idles great and no CEL's. -BUT- when I give the car throttle and bring it up and let it come back down, it goes down to about 500k and goes into convulsions. The motor seems like it wants to die and just idles really low and shakes.

I believe the timing could have been affected when I did a new timing belt. My friend put it on and possible could have moved the pulley a tooth, which would be enough to **** things up 10 degrees. Also it could be a switched vacuum line possibly?

Im sitting here and work worried about my car, so I thought id throw this up and see what people think it could be. Thanks!

Timing = Will check tonight
Distributor im changing tonight
Plugs are good
Cap & rotor will be replaced to.

Does this sound like a vacuum problem? Or would it be constant if it was, not just coming down in RPMs.

Matt - Ah so i fucked up 2 rod bearings. If you didnt throw them away already I want them!
