I need 2 new front tires to go on my Mr5 15x6.5 rims. I will be running 195-55-15 Bridgestone Grid II (not sold in NA) on the back. I am thinking Azenis on the front, and wondering if a 205-50-15 could work with the aforementioned tires out back.

it will work no problem

 

The Bridgestones to the eye dont look taller then 50 series Azenis ...I guess my biggest worry then is a 55 on the back and 50 on the front, is that unorthodox and not recommended?? Thanx for the quik reply man ^

 

i have 205/50/15 azenis on a 6.5 wide rim. they fit great, i love em - soooo sticky.

 

205 front and 195 rear will help with a more neutral to oversteer setup

 

Don't worry yourself about it man. I have 205 mounted on 5inch VX rims which I curently ride on.
