Below is a little bit older picture of my 97 civic coupe ex, back when i very first got it and was pretty mis-informed.

Anyway i recently bought some volk gt-n's, gunmetal. cf side mirrors....and a shitload of other parts such as corbeau cr1 seats, turbo kit, rear disc brake conversion, clutch, yadda yadda.

Anyway, what would you change this front end to? Flame on, but make sure to answer the post afterwards.

 

I'd say leave it, but get some regular wiper blades...

BTW is that a Kaminari Kit ? looks pretty nice in my opinion...

Yes it's the kamanari kit, i loved it when i first got it...and still do not mind the kit at all.

I just hate stereotype "ricer", i have much more money into the "go" then the "show" portion of my car...i never race it so i could give a **** about weight.

just my hobby.

99-00 front with a lip...but everyone's going that route, do whateverTF you wanna do.

I Say do whatever you want, me personally i dont like tha front end but keep it until u crack it or something then go with like a Blitz front end or maybe something a little milder than those 2... nice car, wish i had a scanner or id show u my blitz front end on my '97 ex....nice car

 

I found 99 ex headlights, 99 si front bumper with ctr grill, 99 si fenders for $400 shipped...seems like a decent deal.

I think if i get that, still have to get it painted, then just buy a 99-00 cf hood.

Reason i'd like to change the bumper is more because 1. there is no place to put a damn license plate on it, the cops give me hell all the time. 2. SI front bumper with lip is gonna flow a lot better, and my intercooler will look nicer through that

do what YOU think is cool imo, the car looks fine, 'cept for the rims. white rims were cool about 4 years ago.

 

i think ti looks pretty sweet how it is..if thats how you like it, then keep it, we arent the ones seeing in our driveways every day..

if you give the boot to the front end make sure to rip the skirts off too

Tru... just a stockish bumper with those funky skirts wouldnt go... As it looks right now they fit in just fine

 

really the decision is what u like not us cause its your car, id go for the 99-00 conversion with a lip, get a lip that will blend in with the sideskirts.
