Default 300 a good deal for a shell?

some local guy is selling a 88-91 crx shell. he wants 300 for it. besides the engine, its missing both bumpers, tail lights, hood, fenders, misc interior pieces, side moldings, corner lights, and probably other stuff i cant think of. it's primer black right now, original color was burgandy. the quarters have the normal rust one them and there arent any dents to speak of on the doors or quarter panels. it comes with some "tsudo" cat back exhaust, cheap coilovers, and its wired obd1. is it worth 300?

would it be a deal for 250?

unfortunatly i already found out about the horrible rust problem on first gen's. thats why i am looking for a second gen before there's nothing left of the first gen. i should mention i am planning on the jdm front end conversion for this car since i would be buying a new frontend anyway. is it worth it? i am looking for something to keep me busy this winter... more input is appreciated.

make sure the car has a clean title, thats the only thing I care about when buying a car. Saves a lot of hassle. I do have most of the pieces you are looking for in my sig but a front end conversion may be costly unless youre looking into getting a clip

i already asked about the title.. i'm sure its clean. i'm gonna worry about the engine before i mess around with any of the body parts. inside i think the car had everything besides the guage cluster and the rear is gutted. i'll probably buy it, i just want to know if i am getting a resonable price here. thanks.

It seems like an alright deal, the rust and in need of a paint job would bother me though, could get expensive
