does anyone know if JDM DC2 recaro will bolt on to the RSX with DC2 rails? I tried search but they were all about fitting DC5 seats in DC2

yeah, you need the DC5 rails for them to fit in your car, DC5 rails should bolt up to the DC2 seats.

I know, cause I am putting DC5 seats in a DC2, the DC5 rails were too short in my DC2, and they seem to sit higher...

I had to get DC2 rails to get the seats to fit my car.

Let me know if you are in need of some DC5 rails, I might just sell them, cause they are just taking space in my house now that I am getting DC2 rails.
