shortened power steering rack?

Is it possible to switch out the power steering rack on a 97 ex to be shorter and more responsive? I know its possible for the manual racks but what about switching the entire thing with an teg or something?

use a 99 si rack that is 15 to 1
or a type R from another country that is left hand drive. witch is even faster than the si.
