92 CX or 93 VX???
I've got a 92 CX right now, but have a chance to buy a 93 VX. someone told me the vx's were a little bit tougher to modify vs. the cx's. Does anyone out there have any good input. I'm lookin to swap in a motor too, but don't know what type of set up yet as of right now. May LS turbo or B16 turbo??? Please help???

Whoever told you that is a jackass. The only difference in the two is that the VX has a weird EGR system, which could work to your advantage if you're thinking about going H22. Um, what else...the VX is VTEC-E so it's wired for VTEC, but your 92 CX is prewired for VTEC.

And it's pre-wired for VTEC... no need to sell it and buy the VX.
Edit: the above guy beat me to it.

there is one thing i dont get....and that is this thing about the "all 92 hatches" have vtec "prewired". What is that about? If its prewired, am i suppose to add an extension and vtec plugs somehow? ( LOL )

I'm sorry but that is incorrect.
Stock CX's and VX's are both 2094lbs. From the factory. (92-93)
