Default Coil Over Kit for 93 Accord LX vs. H&R OE Springs

Can anyone tell me what are some good Coil Over Kits for a 93 Accord? I have Sprint Springs with 18x7.5" rims and on turns my tires rub. Also with the sprint springs when I jack the car up the springs move off of the perch. Will Coil Overs Help with this problem? I was going to install the H&R OE Springs on the Rear to give me a little more clearance, but if I can just install some Coil Overs I was wondering if that would be a better solution so I can still maintain the performance handeling on turns.

Lastly, has anyone experimented with the H&R OE Springs yet? If so what do you think about them? Do they still give you the performance you desire or is it just a ploy to sell stock equipment with a aftermarket name?
