Default adding DC 4-2-1 CC header on LS motor with I/E, Gains? how much?

I have a 95 LS 5 speed with a Greddy SP and AEM shorty. by adding a DC 4-2-1 CC, will I gain any power and where (midrange)? will it be louder? I tried the search but I really could find the answers I'm looking for. Thanks!

typical direct bolt-on header alone by itself will give ~3hp. with intake and catback, ~5-10. There are a lot of factors so ill leave it at that. Dont forget when you replace the stock exhaust you are also doing some weight reduction. so it's pretty much a win win situation. Just be sure to pick the right setup with your future goals in mind.

as for sound, when i put on header on the loudness didnt change but the exhaust tone changed slightly. hth
