Default question about subrames and beaks kit

After seeing this thread https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=638838 I am a little worried about putting on my lower sway bar. I dont plan on doing autocross. I just want the car to be stiffer and more responsiveon the street and more predictable around corners. will this be a problem?

yeah but he drove under normal condistions and it just broke. seems to me that its not worth it to have a rear sway bar. because in teh archives ppl still break subs with beaks kit.

is it tie bars that break the subframe or is it sway bars?
