currently im on koni yellows for an ITR on my EJ with neuspeed race springs .... im looking for a spring that is stiffer, anyone know which company makes springs stiffer .... im considering H&R stage 3 race, but i want to know what springs rates they are .... or am i better off getting a custom set from eibach ....

Get what you want instead of what a company thinks you want. Now work on figuring out what you want.

 

Im not familiar with stage 3 springs, all Ive ever seen them listed as just H&R race and nothing else.....who sells these?

 

Call ground-control. They'll hook it up - sleeves and 2.5" ID springs are the only way to go.....
