My friend had a 1990 Si w/ a D16A6 block and D16Z6 head w/ bolt-on's chipped ECU and tuning. He ran mid 15's. I don't think you'll hit 14's without fully tuning the car, slicks and some rediculous driving. His brother had an 87 hatch back FULLY gutted I'm talking a plastic seat, steering wheel and a fuel cell, lexan, the works. For the time being till his motor was built he had a twin cam 1st gen integra motor in there like the 120hp ones and bolt-ons and with slicks pulling 1.8 60' he ran 14.8 @ like 87-88mph. So I'm just saying it's not TOO likely.
i got a 1992 CX, full interior, a/c, I ran consistant 15-6's all night.
D16z6, 1/h/e, FPR, D16y8 IM, Stock internals. Everyone one was suprised. It's all about tuning, and DRIVING!
my 60's were around 2.0-2.2's I still couldn't lauch for ****. damn 13's
