I would like to have some suggestions on possible upgrades to the Motor itself, in addition are there any wiring problems that are associated with this swap that I should know about beforehand, including upgrades from Auto to Manual... Your prompt responses will be greatly appreciated, as I have a friend working on this swap as we speak...

wiring is seasy for this swap, on my lx i hada to relocate the o2 sensor, and put new plug on for the EGR and oil pressure switch, then i added the vtec, knock and IAB wiring. it took about an hour with the test fitting included.
auto to manual i had to jumper 2 plugs at teh shifter to get the last one running.

engine upgrades are the same as any other engine...ig you can do it to b series you can do it to H series.
