Default shelf life of oil

my neighbor had some car stuff sitting in her garage and some of it happened to be mobil 1 10w-30 synthetic which is wut i use, how long does oil last while sealed up in the container??? would it still be safe to use???

yes.. yes it is safe..

Fun Fact: did you know that oil (natural oil) takes over hundreds of thousands of years to be fermented.. comes from decaying algae that seeps into the earth..

a bottle of oil can probably last up to 5-10 years if not opened at all. the moment its opened, oil will start going bad(due to contact with air and moisture).
