Default Questions about Possible Setup for my b18c1

This is the setup i am probably going to run on my b18c1. Feel free to make any comments you want and to let me know if you would add anything or take anything away or even change something. Im not going to bore it out just yet. I dont have the money right now. My immediate goal is the be in the 13's on street tires and long term is 12's or 11's allmotor on slicks, so right now im looking at gettin into the mid to low 13's. I posted this in the eg forum but figured id get a better response from the NA pros here. Thanks.

-high compression pistons, ITR, JE's or CP's 12.5:1
-P&P stock GSR head
-skunk2 Stage2 cams
-stiffer springs and retainers
-skunk2 intake manifold
-ITR TB
?-bigger injectors 310cc
?-bigger fuel pump 190lph or 255lph
-apex-i VAFC
?-adjustable FPR
-and a good tunner(Hondata)
a few ?s come up.
-injector size. what will be best for the setup.
-fuel pump what size 190 or 255
-do i really need an adjustable FPR or not
-do i need an VAFC if i get hondata.
-do i need inner AND outer springs or just outer ones

there you go. did i forget anything. PEACE.

-do i need an VAFC if i get hondata. nope
-do i need inner AND outer springs or just outer ones inner and outer, EF-1 comes to mind

im running greddy headers but i plan to upgrade. JE makes pistons that put you at 12.5:1 compression.
