Default fuel pressure on a b20 vtec

I was wondering if any of you could help me w/ what fuel pressure to run on a b20/vtec.

it is set at 39 now
it is a b20b w/ gsr head w/ a cold air intake, ful pressure reg, 4-1 header, no cat, full exhaust, PS and alternator pulleys, clutch and 8lb flywheel, itr throttle body and a jdm itr ecu.
I guess it just seems like I am eating thru gas and maybe at the track it could be cool but driving around it sucks gas and i hate it

so if any 1 could help me thanks

I don't have an answer to your question, sorry. But i was wondering how the car does at the track? Sounds like an interesting setup.

my friend's b20/vtec:

b20b block w/ JE 10.8 pistons
b16 head with CTR cams, ITR intake manifold running about 43psi and yes it eats gas like crazy. thats just how the motors run, and ya gotta deal with it.

47 psi at WOT would be a start.
