Best bang for the buck would be a header-tech header.

 

I was being sarcastic, because headers in reality are all a waste of money for a whopping 5 hp.

EDIT: I liked the 421 DC header that my buddy had on his 95 ls. However that was when we were 16 and very stupid about cars.

 

try getting a jdm itr header w/ 2.5in collector

that is always a great way and looks stock 2!!
