What up...I've got a 97 LX and when I'm goin' 40 on the road from my house to city limits, if I take my foot off the gas, my car starts surging (rocking forward really hard) anyone had this prob? Any solutions? Also...My windows are really slow...really slow...is there anyway to condition them or help them go faster, or do I just need to get a motor swap Thanks...peace

 

I've got a 94 accord ex and my windows are also slow as hell. Both going down and going up, they take forever. I would that question answered also. I was thinkin' it was the motor.

 

the 5th gen accords have problems wiht the winodws being slow, just clean the tracks they slide on.

Also SKOT is your car 5 speed or automatic?

 

surging? like went the motor mount gone bad?

 

to help speed up your windows, go to a local honda dealer and buy a can of "honda silicone spray." spray it in the rubber run channels that your window slides up and down on. it is a very common prob on the accords...i've fixed a ton by doing this. although, you'll have to do this about once a month. 1 can should last you several applications.

 

Auto....I'm waiting for the damned thing to go out Thanks for the heads up on that silicone stuff, next time I'm near the Honda dealer I'll pick it up.
