Default Engine Swap for an 88 Prelude Help

I bought a very clean 1988 Prelude with a blown motor. I have an 89 Acura Integra with DOHC 1.6 that has a blown transmission. What do I need to do to put the Acura motor in the Prelude? Yes I know the Prelude has a 2.0. I dont care about hp and all that I just want a running car.

Thanks

thats gonna take you quite a bit of work to get that motor mounted in that car, let alone running with all of the differences between the prelude B motor and the integra B motor.

youre gonna need to weld mounts, and new mount points as well as make custom made mounts.

the money you are going to put into a swap with that kind of B motor ( which to my knowledge has only been done ONCE ) is not worth it at all.

what 2.0 prelude motor do you have, the Single cam or the dual cam??

if you have the dual cam you can do a direct swap, from the USDM B20A5 to the JDM B20A, better compression, more power and torque. for a lot cheaper.

i had mine shipped from cali to Maryland for 725 Longblock. and its a direct swap, if you have basic motor swap know how you should be able to do this for less than 800 bucks
