Default a pair of sexy b16's

so sitting in my garage are the 2 b16's i ordered from japan... (i didn't get them from a company that imports i bought them from the island and imported them personally.) Anyways, i've got a gen 1 that is just block and head and a gen 2 that is complete with intake mani, throttle body, alternator, full harness.

I've also got a pair of ls trannies (1 with mashed syncros) these are cable trannies.

now my question: how hard is it to use a cable tranny on a gen 2 i would thing that it would be as simple as bolting it all together and hooking the clutch cable up and going from there but i'm not 100% sure.

any assistance would be much appriciated.

yup just bolt it up just cus its a 2nd gen doesn't mean you gotta go hydro. but seriously i would sell both ls trannes and get something geared a little shorter im sure you can find a y1 for like 200-250 or an s1 if your lucky

and i'm sorry i beat you to the name, copycat.

Haha, owned! j/p, but yes the tranny will bolt up fine and I agree with what was said above, ditch the ls trannys, maybe trade both for a good Y1 S1 J1 or any in between, heh.
