Default 14's

I have a 91 civic Si w/ a jdm b16a motor.
I wanna try to run a 14 high 14, low 14 whatever.. but just in the 14's.
I am doing the following to my car.
- Type R manifold
- 4-2-1 header
- cai
- full exhuast
Do you think the above items will get my b16 into the 14's?

With decent driving should have no problem. My 1st Gen B16 is almost bone stock and you see my time in my sig. All I have is an exhaust, crank pulley, and a K&N drop-in. And Azenis.

I'm interested what I will run too. I have a 1990 CRX DX with a JDM B16A1 w/ YS1 Tranny. Custom 3" intake, 4-2-1 header, 2.25" exhaust, carbon fiber hood. I also have a pair of street slicks sitting in my garage, which I just took off. They grip like crazy.
