why did you get a ceramic header and not stainless?

Went with stainless steel..... looks better at first but now it looks more copper then anything.

The ceramic coating helps keep the exhaust gases hot within the header, also keeps the engine bay a lot cooler than a SS header and is cheaper.

Ceramic headers will provide better performance than stainless. They insulate the exhaust gas and allow it to leave the engine with a higher velocity which in turn increases the scaveging effect of the header. Stainless is great for show cars but at the track the ceramic coated header is king.
