Default Got the b16a dyno'd - Mustang Dyno

Finally decided to bring the pig to get a baseline before i slap the turbo stuff on in a few months. The guy said it dyno'd much higher than most b16a's he dynos. He said his Mustang reads stock b16a's at about 120whp. I'll have to get the print out when his printer actually has ink, but it put down 150.9whp@80mph and the tq was 333.1@62mph. Can anyone do the gear ratio / torque conversion for me?

I'm pretty happy with the numbers considering the mods and that its on a Mustang. Printout probably monday or tuesday.

Sure. Filter-on-a-stick, Skunk2 IM, JDM DC 4-1, 2.5" exhaust, CTR cams, Skunk2 Gears, AEM FPR, A'pexi VAFC, ACT HDSS and prolite flywheel, Kenji OBD1 P28. I have a graph sitting in front of me, but its super light since he's out of ink. The graph is very smooth and linear power, greatly attributed for the Kenji ECU. I had VTEC set at 5000 for the pull, and it seems very smooth.

If i did the conversion right, it works out to 108lb/ft torque.

Damn our cars are similar.

99 Civic Si, Red, AEM, 64mm stock t/b, Skunk2 IM, JDM 4-1, Carsound, 2.5" exhaust, Kenji P28, B&M fpr, Skunk2 cam gears, Fields controller, ACT HDSS & ProLite. Now my fuel pressure is set to stock, my cam gears are at zero, timing is 18 degrees and my VTEC is @ 5,000rpm as well but fields controller is untouched. My header should be here next week and then it's down to Steve (SGT) for some dyno tuning. I however have a stock internal motor, so you do have me on the cams.

Just for comparison purposes I layed down 154whp and 106wtq on a Dynojet 248C. With the header and tuning I am shooting to break 160whp on a stock internal B16A. I think that will be pretty decent.

Good luck with the dark side TRADER!!!

I'm addicted to huge 4-cylinder dyno numbers, and I'm proud to admit it.

I wish I had dyno #'s for my setup before the turbo - but here's with my new set up
I just got my turbo (custom) installed and got the hondata tuned at 7psi...216.7 whp @ 8200 and 141.1 torque on a mustang dyno tuned conservatively @payn technologies (by Tom) in Troy MI.

here is a quick rundown:
jdm b16 block
itr head/ctr cams/rc550's
10.4 c/r
T3/T4 .48 exhaust/.60 compessor/sfp street manifold
gsr trans w/quaife

I'm quite pleased with these results considering thats only 7psi and on a mustang dyno

sorry...I didn't realize this was the N/A forum
