EDIT: Some new guy..soccerking or something like that has the same ones on his car (actually it looks like his car kinda)

 

Yeah...thats where I got the pic from...I wanted to ask you guys on here first before I consider goin down to Honda and asking.

 

We all asked in his thread and he never answered any of us...

Well if no one can tell us...I'll go to Honda tomorrow and ask. I swear I've seen them once here...but I can't remember what car.

 

they remind me of something ive seen on an old picture of an accord type R or the accord Euro R... but I could be wrong

2001-2004 optional wheels with red center cap.

 

i saw them in a Honda brocheur at the dealership when 99-00 Si's came out as an optional wheel to the 7 spoke Si wheel.

i agree..i think they were on the euro accord r
but honda may had made them an optional honda rim

 

Those were originally the optional wheels for the '99-00 Civic Si. Honda continued to offer them as an accessory with the 7th-gen Civics since they started offering 15" wheels on models other than the Si.

They can also be had with red center caps instead of the black.

Edit: As some others have mentioned, there was a 17" wheel of the same design that came on the '98-03 European Accord Type-R:
