Default cam timing

i have a stock b16a block with ctr cams and a ericks racing ecu. wanted to know if any body can suggest what i should set my cam gears to? i know i should dyno but iam waiting intill my b20 block gets done befor i dyno. thanks for the help

This is a touchy subject because if you for some reason over do it or do it incorrectly you'll blow your motor.

Are you comfortable with messing with your cam gears?

advance the intake and retard the exhaust....this will usually give you more HP/TQ

Just take it to a dyno so you can see what is going on!

I see no need for cam gears on basically stock cars. I can see if you have high compression, huge cams , oversized valves etc. and you just want to use the gears to dial in the cams to the correct specs. If your looking for horse power spend your money elsewhere. But in your ase Id set them to 0 so you dont mess anything up.
