Good deal for a 95 Gsr???
Trending Topics
I just bought a 95 gsr w/ 104k mi for $4200. It's a theft recovery salvage title. Car was stolen from the original owner @ 1500 mi. back in 1995, parts replaced and second owner drove it to 104k mi. Never in wreck or had body work.
The good: the second owner took it to the dealer every 15k mi.. w/ receipts. bad for his wallet.. good for me! the car was very well maintanned and documented.
The bad: the gsr had a P75 ecu in it! haha appearantly the P75 was installed after the original P72 was stolen. Dude drove it for 100k mi without knowing. Good thing is that it was one of the first things I noticed and the P75 didn't really hurt the engine in any major way.. just de-tuned, bad mpg, no vtec enguagement, etc.
So far I'm $4800 into it incl dmv taxes, P72, fluid flush, and exterior detail. next is GC's and ITR rear sway.
