How does the ARC airbox sound?

What does the ARC airbox sound like???? I'm getting one super cheap $150 and I'm replacing my AEM CAI with it.

What do you guys think?

Going from the AEM to the ARC would be a downgrade. I wouldn't go for it unless you want to get rid of the AEM because of fear of hydrolock.
