b20 vtec question....
you live in stockton california.
go with 10w30.
we don't see weather cold enough to use 5w30...10w30 will last longer due to the stuff they put in the 5w30 to make it pourable in sub zero weather..which makes the 5w30 break down faster than the 10w30.
omniman used ef-1 plugs and gained hp all over the powerband on his b20vtec setup.
i use them too and noticed a lil difference in my near stock gsr motor but i have no dyno.
