Default Mixing DOT3 + DOT4 fluids

I have DOT4 in my clutch and DOT3 for my brake fluid.
Was was flipping through the service bulletins for 94-01 integra and came across one that said it was okay to add DOT3 in a DOT4 for your clutch when servicing.

My assumption was never to mix fluids but i'd like to know what everyone knows about this. Secondly what fluids you use for your clutch and brake systems.

Yeah, it's a bit early for a friday but i had it on my chest. Call me diehard

dot 4 surpasses dot 3, so you will be fine.
