SRS or NON SRS ITR Steering wheel.
I am about to purchase a steering wheel & I needed an opinion on SRS or NON SRS.
The SRS steering wheel is about $200 more then the non SRS.
Which model would you choose ?

Really depends.
IMHO, the SRS wheel is still a tad too big for me. That's why I went aftermarket. But it's all up to you to decide. The only person making the final decision in regards to safety equipment is you. You can ask for opinions but definitely go with what you think is best for you.

The SRS IMO looks better, it has the reasurrance of safety, but yes it's more expensive $, $400 + for a steering wheel is pretty steep for most people, so see if your willing to spend the $ on it.
I am not a fan of disabling USDM airbags unless your car is primarily a track use vehicle and you are an advanced driver (NASA Group 3 or Group 4).
Having said that, however, I like the look and feel of the non-SRS wheel.

SRS, mainly to copy the points from above me, my personal saftey resides over anything with my car, and I'd rather have the SRS for peace of mind.
