what the best camshaflts for 92 integra gs-r B17A1?

I have just gotten me a 92 GS-R and I wanna know what is the best camshaflt and cam gear for it. And what else can i put into the moter to make it faster.??

itr cams best bang for your buck if the 92 gsr motor intake manifold is the same as the 94 &up gsr i do not recommend getting skunk s1 cams unless u got the itr style intake manifold that makes a big difference

The 92 GS-R don't have the same intake manifold as the 94 &up gsr do u still recommend getting the itr cams??
