Default B20Z with what tranny, GSR or SIR

and why?

Im running a GSR tranny now, but am thinking of using the SIR tranny I currently own. I will be using EF-1 cams, but wont be revving over 7500 rpm.

Opinions...

I would switch it for the Sir tranny if I were you. I find the GSR gearing to be too long.

Just keep in mind that the B20 is not a rev-happy motor.

true, that's why i would switch the SIR 5th gear to a gsr 5th gear. less revs at highway speed, no need to downshift either just punch it!
