Default front brakes

i'm having a probem removing the front disc on my 97 se..........i have a chiltons but they are very vague on the removal.........right now i have the whole knuckle off right now and i've tried everything i can think of to get them off........the hub it's self just won't break loose....any ideas

The rotor is bolted to the bach of the hub. To replace it you have to have the hub pressed out of the bearing. If you already have the knuckle off the car just take that to a shop and have them disassemble everything and then have them also reassemble everything. Thts what I did when I changed mine, it cost me $50 total for both fronts to be done (minus parts of course).
