Default question about injectors

ok, so here is the deal.
i have a 96 spec B18C spec R, when i pulled the head, i found toda 12.3:1 pistons. good find, but it sucks because i live in CA. so the best gas we have is 91 octane. i don't know much about injectors, but i have been told i should go with a 370 or 440 cc injector. is anyone out there running this type of compression in CA on 91? if so, what is your setup? what is the difference between peak/hold and saturated?
thanks

Your going to need saturated injectors. 310's should be perfectly fine. Then get it tuned so you can run 91octane. Reatard that timing and get colder plugs to be on the safe side..
