Default crank pully

i know that its been talked to death but i have a slightly different question if i get a lightweight crank pully dh-racing.com(said to be at zero balance) and i have it ballanced with the rest of my rotating assembly will there still be the issues that i everyone talks about?(harmonics etc)

so the harmonics then only occur on unbalanced bottom ends? anyone else wanna chime in

a harmonic balancer is the rubber thats on a crank pulley, the rubber acts like a damper if you will when the pully is rotating the ruber exspands and contracts trying to keep the thing stable, pulleys like the ctr n1 dont have that. balancing the whole rotating assembly with the pulley would be ideal
