water in my tail lights...how do i get it out?

caulking....you could get it at home depot. get the clear one.

Silicon sealant... I think the one I used was GE (general electric). It was in the same isle as the spray paint and wood paint at Fred Meyers.
drill a tiny tiny tiny hole in the lower corner of the tail light. so that it can drain. Best is the bake it and fix it and seal it back up.

thats what i did with my back lights and i have no problems now... they were TINY holes

If you're seriously worried about it you can always put some kind of powder or a dessicator from a bottle of pills in your lights. Then again, you could do it right the first time like these gentlemen are suggesting, too.
