Default Fields AFC-VTEC need help

Hey guys

I just picked up a Fields AFC-VTEC controller(for my D16Z6), kind of old-school i know, but does the job.

Now the problem I'm having is its hooked up and running but the RPM's are a little off. There are some dip switches on the back so I dont knwo if these need to be modified or what.

I am pretty much going to count wiring error out here, because it came with a JDM wiring harness made specifically for the fields to plug-n-play with the PM6.

I searched on google and really found nothing. Thanks
