will a cx distributor from a 92 fit onto a 90 crx si motor?

 

It should fit but it wont work since its a OBD 1 dist on a OBD 0 car.

 

Just to clear things up for you I read your IM wrong(I had 3 IM's going at once) Since you posted in this board I thought you were putting this in a 88-91 body but when I saw you were putting a A6 in a CX, So the answer is yes it will work for your application, sorry for any inconvienence.
