For those of you who have a Fluidyne or other high-perfomance aftermarket radiator, what are your experiences? I'm thinking about going for one, but unfortunately I'm on a budget. How much of a price difference is their between an OEM unit and aftermarket one?

Yeah i was wondering that too...Teken? oh wise one....

Seems like a lot of peeps radiators are going out right about now and in the same place those damn plastic tops. So i might as well do sum preventive maintainence.

I've just replaced my oem one last week (damn crack) I bought the Fluidyne one didn't have time to research the difference between Koyo and Fluidyne but I spent $340 on mine and installed it myself (saved me money on installation). So far so good seems like I made a wise quick decision.

when I swapped my sohc vtec for a b18c5 in my civic I bought a fluidyne (about $360) and have had it in the car for about a year. so far so good, I have had absolutely no problems and I think the quality of the fluidyne unit is definitely top notch (my temp guage never budges from about the middle of the normal operating range no matter how har I drive and how hot it is outside).

I did this w/ mine. http://hybrid.honda-perf.org/tech/jsrad/jsrad.html Much cheaper and works great! Never a temp problem-even on 90+ degree track days.

Where did you get your fluidyne? I need one asap as mine is cracked pretty bad. Also, what did you do about the fans? Thanks!
