Default Hi- Flow Cat

I was just wondering if the cat in ebay can be trusted to buy..
they name it high flow converters, but they are soooo unbelievably cheap.
Thanks for your advise, i dont know much about cat converters.

IMO they are more of a testpipe than a cat. I have one on my EF.
