Time to introduce myself to Yall
Hello everyone nice to be here. My name is John I live in Tri-Cities WA. I drive a 93 civic si with a jdm h22 that I autox
. My wife drives a 2000 electron blue pearl Civic si. I also drive a 92 Prelude f22
, and a 65 Ford f250 for haulin stuff...I'm 24 years old and a Volkswagen/Audi technician at our local dealer.............nice ta meetcha. My goals are to get as close to 220whp and 175wtq, with COMLETELY stock internals, and valvetrain as possible on the h22 . Right now I'm at 185.83whp and 155.07wtq on a Dynojet chassis dyno with a smashed DC header, going to 2.25inch piping and a 5 Zigen muffler. The only other modifications are filter on a stick(short ram), cam gears , fpr, vafc, and tuning. Hopefully with these great headers and intake mannifolds coming out , along with 2.5in exhaust piping and more tuning, i MIGHT come close, who knows, I'll just have to try it I guess. I know with the SMSP headers i can get 200whp pretty easy but i don't know if i have that kinda dough
. And i do want to run full exhaust(minus cat). I'll try to get a dyno graph up soon...I am kind of worried about my vtec engagement at 4900rpm, it jumps 29ft/lbs from there until 5000rpm.....Is 29ft/lbs in 100rpm good/bad? Anyway it's been great listening to you all lately for the short time I've been here. Any advice or flames are welcome, keep up the good work........................john
.......P.S. for anyone who knew Chas Stiltner this was his car at one time, much props to him for a clean, well done swap.

Good To have you on board.
220WHP is very achieveable on stock enternals, considering I'm at 210+ right now with my racecar, on stock enternals. SMSP header is a must though.
Do you mind typing with a little sentence structure, your post is hard to read.

Yes, I have notice a lot of people could use some english lessons on this board.
I can decipher some of the crazy slang but the grammar is 'wack' LOL.

sell the v-afc and dc for whatever you can get. hondata and smsp header will put you over 200 to start.
are you determin to stay n/a. if not, but money is an issue. you can run 75 shot.
i was going to say turbo, but if you stay compleatly stock its not worth it imo. i have a turbo stock engine, and its fun as hell. but its only a little faster then my stock n20 engine. well i guess about.5 sec in the 1/4. however it is a lot more fun, and you dont have to re-fill the turbo. on a built engine is whole other story, id like to see n20 keep up w/25 psi.

I hear you man. Actually I've been trying to buy a header for some time now. Dave Staudilus=no reply, AN-R.com=no reply....next up....Danny Tran. We'll see if he wants my money. If not I guess i might try to fab' something up myself. As for the Hondata, I dont think thats on the short list of things to do right now. Although that would be nice to have. I'm just going to have to V-AFC hack it for now

do you know the price of a hondata? you can get a s100 for ~200 bux. the gains and features of it are well worth it. you can sell your p13 for the price of the p72, and the v-afc for about the price of the hondata.
you will get a lot more bang for buck w/it, being as you can adjust timing not just fuel,
