this really makes me want 5 lug....i suppose the rsx swap might work...might have to go with the base...not sure if the S brakes would fit....anyone know?

If those are truly 15" ITR wheels (which they don't look that size IMO), then no--the S brakes won't fit underneath them as they are too large for a 15" wheel.
