Default What tune up parts is everyone using?

I got a B16AII - what plugs, cap, rotor, and wires is everyone using - going on a long trip this weekend about 6hrs away - was to do a oil change regardless - but I figured I would do the tune up as well.

OEM except for plugs, wires, and oil.
Pick any good oil filter. I like K&N or Mobil1, but there are many differing opinions on what's the best.

Yeah I've seen it, but was'nt that the new ones?? I though those were the ones they pulled apart and the older ones and the S2k ones were still the good design??
